How are my private photos handled?
Uploads live in private object storage, are never placed in the public gallery, and are accessible only through the customer or studio workflow. Source photos enter the deletion queue 30 days after delivery.
Will faces look exactly the same?
The work is interpretive rather than a photographic copy. We review people and defining details by hand, but painterly likeness is not biometric identity matching.
What does the revision include?
One focused round covering details, color balance, or a contained compositional adjustment. A new subject or entirely new direction is a new commission.
Where should I print the files?
The pack includes common ratios for local or online fine-art printers. Matte or lightly textured archival paper best preserves the quiet, painterly finish.
